At its Nov. 3, 2022 meeting in the Lunenburg Courts building, the Planning Commission reviewed two conditional use permit matters — tabling a request to amend Starlight Banquet Hall to add an outdoor pavilion and permit beer and wine pending a forthcoming Event Venue ordinance, and recommending approval to recertify and upgrade equipment on a 250-foot SBA Communications tower in Brodnax — and approved routine scheduling and a deferral request.
