Porterville Downtown Committee met to review prior brainstorming and priorities, hear a Porterville Chamber update that it will stop organizing the Porterville Children’s Christmas Parade, and advance several downtown projects — including Main Street ADA work, a community events calendar, a proposed entertainment zone for limited public alcohol consumption, and promotional items for the city’s 250th celebration.
