At its June 27, 2022 meeting in Tazewell, the Claiborne County Commission approved multiple year-end budget realignments, several road additions and local resolutions, heard public concerns about blasting at a Speedwell quarry, and passed a resolution urging lawmakers to regulate THC-like retail products.
