The Franklin County Board of Commissioners held a special called session on Aug. 1, 2022 in Winchester. The board approved the certified tax rate and several contracts, failed to adopt the consolidated county budget, approved countywide salary increases pending other bodies, and approved a long-term airport management agreement with the University of the South.
