Franklin County Board of Commissioners convened Jan. 19, 2021 in Winchester. The commission approved a batch of school and county resolutions (budget amendments, multi-year copier leases and an internet-services contract), supported a Drug Dealer Liability Act lawsuit, received finance reports and a jail expansion update, and voted to continue the county's FFCRA-era paid-leave practice for now pending review in March.
