Snowflake Town Council approved a special-use permit and variance to allow a single-wide manufactured home at 398 S. 11th Street East in a 4–2 vote, unanimously approved the sale of the Academy building lot to Snowflake Unified School District for $450,000 (lower appraisal), and approved several property, trail, equipment and franchise actions including purchase of land for trails with a planned $550,000 grant application.
