At its July 15, 2019 regular meeting in Ashland City, the Cheatham County Legislative Body heard broad public opposition to a proposed increase in development and impact fees, debated rescinding a recent development-tax resolution (the motion failed), and approved two zone changes and several administrative items including a location agreement for the Tucker Empson Building.
