Franklin County Fiscal Court approved a series of routine fiscal and personnel actions on Nov. 19, 2025, including budgets, investments, contracts and hire decisions; several change orders for the Lakeview Park Phase 1 project were approved over the objection of Squire Eric Whisman. The court also approved a memorandum with the Administrative Office of the Courts to support courthouse remediation following April 2025 flood damage.
