At its Oct. 1, 2024 regular meeting at the Simpson County Historic Courthouse, the Simpson County Fiscal Court heard presentations on youth education and tourism initiatives, approved a zoning map amendment, accepted bids and budget transfers, authorized surplus vehicle sales and security equipment purchases, and approved an inducement resolution following an executive session to support an industrial development project.
