The Ephrata Borough Budget and Finance Committee met Feb. 23, 2026, and agreed to forward several administrative recommendations to Borough Council, including authorization for official travel to two state conferences, appointments of voting delegates, and designation of a Right-to-Know officer. Staff were asked to follow up on special-event billing and to review insurance coverage for alcohol at non-Borough events held on Borough property.
