NCPC reviewed concept plans and approved staff comments on three major items: National Park Service proposals to end reversible lanes and make multimodal safety improvements on Rock Creek and the Potomac Parkway; concept designs to update Capital One Arena; and a management-plan amendment for the Civil War Defenses of Washington. All three items were approved for NCPC comment following presentations, public testimony, and commission discussion.
