The Rawlins County Board of Commissioners met Oct. 16, 2025, and approved routine business including minutes and invoices, raised the county legal counsel hourly rate by resolution, discussed facility and equipment needs (landfill baler, recycling trailer, Good Samaritan roof/cameras), received Road & Bridge updates, and held a joint session with the City of Atwood to discuss interlocal agreements and set a follow-up meeting.
