Autauga County Commission held a 25-minute regular meeting on Oct. 7, 2025, approving a package of routine personnel actions, contracts and bids and unanimously authorizing an incentives agreement to support an Owens Corning manufacturing project projected at $325 million and 89 jobs. The commission also adopted a new employee recognition program and approved multiple operational contracts and exemptions.
