Coffee County Board of Commissioners met in a special called session on Dec. 19, 2023. Commissioners approved an agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for a bridge right-of-way contribution, authorized up to $100,000 in additional funding authority for a City of Douglas Head Start expansion, and directed staff to place a proposed hospital IGA revision on the January 2024 agenda.
