At its July 2, 2024 workshop, the Tift County Board of Commissioners heard public opposition to a proposed travel center rezoning, reviewed three rezoning/PUD requests (including a 53-acre student housing PUD), and previewed consent items for the July 8 regular session including cybersecurity and internet service renewals and a camera/lock system for a pickleball facility.
