At its Jan. 9, 2019 organizational meeting, the Steuben County Council elected officers, approved departmental liaison assignments, adopted Ordinance No. 920 to revise EMS job titles, heard presentations on the RES Polyflow project and the county highway plan, and approved year-end transfers including a $400,000 move to the Rainy Day Fund.
