At its Oct. 15, 2024 regular meeting the Houghton County Board of Commissioners approved a series of routine contracts and appointments, accepted the FY23 audit, authorized a jail master‑plan study funded with ARPA dollars, and transferred an abandoned Pewabic Street right‑of‑way to the City of Houghton for use as a community garden.
