The Lunenburg County Board of Supervisors met Dec. 14, 2023 and approved an ordinance to allow the county to seek reimbursement for emergency responses, granted two conditional use permits (including an event venue and a firearms-related business), authorized donations and routine fiscal actions, recorded a local open-burning ban, and set a recount date for the sheriff's race.
