At a May 10, 2018 special called session in Ashland City, the Cheatham County Legislative Body rescinded a previously adopted April 16 resolution that would have levied an additional county sales and use tax. The motion to rescind passed 8-0 with four commissioners absent; the meeting lasted about 12 minutes and adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
