At its Oct. 16, 2017 regular meeting in Ashland City, the Cheatham County Legislative Body authorized purchase of the Sycamore Square shopping center, approved multiple budget amendments and a borrowing plan of up to $5 million for public works, and approved two rezoning requests and an amendment to the county zoning-notice rule.
