Franklin County Fiscal Court approved routine financial reports, several equipment purchases and personnel promotions, authorized use of LATCF funds to buy three sheriff’s vehicles, heard a first reading of a zoning ordinance to add a Rural Heritage Mixed Use District, and adjourned after a brief closed session.
