At its June 4, 2024 regular meeting in the Simpson County Historic Courthouse, the Simpson County Fiscal Court reviewed state rural road funding and approved a series of fiscal actions including employee benefits renewals, an insurance deductible buy-down, multiple budget transfers and ordinances; the court also scheduled a special-called meeting for final passage of the FY24/25 budget.
