Simpson County Fiscal Court met March 19, 2024, at the Simpson County Historic Courthouse. The court approved routine business including first readings of several ordinances, budget and cash transfers, and hired a seasonal public works worker; it also heard requests for funding from the Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center and a county water-line appeal from Milliken Chapel Road residents.
