The Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Board met to approve a consent calendar and to recommend approval of several land-use items including a preliminary/final plat for Cabazon Parcel A, amendments for the High Range 5 subdivision (master plan and rezoning), and a set of municipal code text amendments to clarify notification, facade definitions and setbacks. All motions on the agenda passed on roll call.
