Parma Heights City Council held a special meeting Aug. 15, 2022, and unanimously passed a package of ordinances and resolutions including three animal-related ordinance amendments, a temporary moratorium on new car-wash permits, acceptance of a donated K-9 for the police department, rejection of bids for the Nathan Hale stormwater basin project, and several grant-application authorizations.
