Hannibal Public Schools Board of Education heard student recognitions, accepted a preliminary budget, approved pay increases for noncertified staff and a 1% step increase for certificated staff amid state funding uncertainty, approved routine bids and meal price changes, and moved into closed session for personnel matters.
