At its March 13, 2023 meeting, the Charlotte County Board of Supervisors adopted two new ordinances (a public safety department and a line-of-duty surviving-spouse property tax exemption), received a broadband update and a sheriff's accreditation presentation, and unanimously rescinded a solar conditional-use moratorium after a closed-session legal briefing.
