The Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners met in Lake Andes on Nov. 20, 2025, and approved the 2026 property tax levy, employee wage increases and bonuses, multiple plats and a township grant. Commissioners also heard a critical bridge inspection report and discussed courthouse video monitoring and a potential regional juvenile facility; no action was taken on the juvenile facility proposal.
