At its Nov. 5, 2025 regular meeting in Newnan, the Coweta County Board of Assessors unanimously approved administrative items including two taxpayer refunds, updates to vehicle valuation schedules, a non-disclosure request for a parcel, execution of account change orders and waiver forms, and noted staff training and appeal counts.
