At its Jan. 3, 2023 work session the Franklin County Fiscal Court approved multiple routine appointments and bonds, set compensation, approved a small budget transfer, authorized the jailer to accept bond-release fees under KRS 431.5305 and awarded an inmate telephone/tablet contract; the bond for Constable 2nd District was denied pending additional documents.
