At its Dec. 22, 2025 regular meeting, the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved minutes and payroll, authorized payment of a long list of claims including jail and inmate-related vendors, authorized new signers on county bank accounts, approved designation of requisitioning and receiving officers for the sheriff’s offices, and approved a State DOT action removing a county road near Afton after a closed railroad crossing.
