Parma Heights City Council met Nov. 24, 2025. Council approved several ordinances including repeal of short-term rentals and zoning amendments, established two new funds, approved a prisoner-housing agreement and a police sergeants/captains collective bargaining agreement, heard reports from city directors, swore in a new police officer and heard a public complaint about alleged driveway damage by an unlicensed contractor.
