At a June 13, 2022 special called meeting, the Charlotte County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to enter a closed session to consult legal counsel on a proposed siting agreement with Randolph Virginia, LLC and to discuss negotiation of a broadband grant agreement involving Empower Broadband, Inc. and RiverStreet Communications of Virginia, Inc.; the board returned to open session and certified the closed meeting before adjourning.
