The Kenai Peninsula Borough finance committee convened to introduce several ordinances and a bond resolution, hear brief presentations on grant awards and equipment conveyance, and consider consent items including a small grant and three liquor-license nonobjection letters. Committee members questioned funding sources, timing and project priorities for a proposed bond issue.
