At its Feb. 13, 2023 regular meeting the Whitfield County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to ask the local legislative delegation to seek a local referendum capping annual property assessment increases, approved multiple grant applications and ARPA allocations, authorized large equipment and vehicle purchases, and handled routine conveyances and contracts.
