The Barry County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 17, 2024, and handled year-end administrative actions including budget amendments, year-end transfers, appointments, a grant submission and approval of settlements for back pay. The board held a public hearing on the proposed 2025–2029 Parks and Recreation Master Plan and voted to postpone final adoption until a Committee of the Whole meeting on Jan. 7, 2025.
