Franklin County Fiscal Court on March 30, 2023 approved a rezoning ordinance for an 85.388-acre tract at 690 Duncan Road after a multi-hour set of votes on 26 findings of fact; the court also received several 2023–24 budgets, approved budget amendments and transfers, authorized a three-year contract for a solid-waste web application, rehired a seasonal golf employee and adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
