The Mount Clemens City Commission heard a presentation from Advancing Macomb about a proposed “Breaking Barriers to Play” recreation initiative seeking $22,007.50 from the city as part of a $145,000 program; the commission also adopted a strategic plan, approved routine purchases and consent items, and received city manager updates on federal grants and administrative changes.
