College Station Planning and Zoning Commission met and approved a concept-plan amendment for a 2.6-acre townhome development at the end of Castle Rock Parkway, including reduced setbacks and an added landscaping benefit; commissioners also asked staff to prepare a workshop on affordable housing and identification of historically Black neighborhoods.
