The Morton County Commission met Oct. 12, 2023, in Mandan and approved multiple land‑use actions including a special‑use permit for two farm dwellings, amendments to the county land‑use code for wind energy, two short‑form subdivision plats and numerous tax abatements; the meeting also selected a bridge consultant, approved travel and a letter of support for the Bison Express Project.
