Council authorized staff to apply for two U.S. DOT BUILD grant applications for a shared-use path on Coffee Pot and a Brewer–Ranger roundabout, heard an extended presentation and public comment on Uptown parking management and license-plate‑recognition policy, and voted to hire a survey firm to draft a community poll about the Cultural Park Amphitheater.
