The Barry County Committee of the Whole met Nov. 5 and unanimously approved or recommended a series of appointments, grant acceptances and administrative changes, including recommending the appointment of Steven Wilson to the Community Mental Health Authority Board and acceptance of a $10,000 Trap-Neuter-Release grant; the committee also met in closed session and accepted the county attorney's recommendation upon reconvening.
