At its Feb. 3, 2026 meeting in Heathsville, the Northumberland County Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved a variance allowing a house addition to sit closer than the 60-foot setback required by Article VII, Section 148-72 of the county zoning ordinance on property at 238 North Sioux Road. The board also approved the Jan. 6, 2026 minutes and adjourned the meeting the same evening.
