At its Sept. 28, 2023 meeting, the Franklin County Fiscal Court approved two ordinances on second reading, awarded multiple road-department bids, approved personnel actions including seasonal hires and jail staff raises, and held a closed session on personnel matters. Several routine financial and departmental items were also approved.
