Franklin County Fiscal Court held a special meeting Oct. 26, 2023, where the court approved routine minutes and reports, authorized multiple grant applications and contracts, approved several zoning ordinance second readings (with one member dissenting on two), amended fire-department hiring rules, authorized a closed session, approved a staff hire, and adjourned.
