Simpson County Fiscal Court met July 19, 2022, at the Historic Courthouse in Franklin and approved a series of road resurfacing projects and a KYTC drainage agreement, authorized expansion funding for school resource officers, extended a jail healthcare contract for one year, and adopted budget and transfer actions including creation of a County Clerk Permanent Storage Fee Fund required by Senate Bill 135.
