Spencer County Fiscal Court met July 6, 2020, in Taylorsville to consider routine business, adopt Ordinance No. 7 adding roads in the Watkins Glen subdivision to the county road system, approve a CARES Act reimbursement application, consider multiple personnel actions and hires, and debate proposed employee pay increases and an EMS director salary change (both of which failed).
