Spencer County Fiscal Court held a special teleconference meeting May 18, 2020 to address COVID-19 related operations, personnel actions, vendor contracts and ordinance updates; the court approved several operational motions, a Rumpke contract extension, and gave first reading to a revised mask ordinance.
