Buellton Planning Commission held a preliminary review of the San Ynez Valley Children’s Museum and heard public comment urging that nearby Williamson/Willoughson properties be zoned for park or recreational use. Staff and the applicants described a revised, largely outdoor discovery campus and sought early feedback on design, environmental review, and lease coordination.
