At its Aug. 8, 2024 meeting, the Ten Mile Planning Commission in Summit County voted unanimously to ask staff and the applicant to set a new date so the applicant can submit required materials for the Service Plan for the Bill’s Ranch Metropolitan District; the commission also approved prior meeting minutes and adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
